Better Late than Never

Have you ever looked back on your life and regretted something ?

Yes, I believe in many ways that fact, which is that everyone used to look back at the past, then we recognized the joy and sorrow that led us to feel sorry or wish we could change a lot of historical events. But why do we just feel sad and sorry about what we’ve done well instead of proud of something good ? Honestly, i don’t know because myself is that guy always feel bad when I step back and take a review of my life.

So I think now is a good time for me to practice reviewing my life and also setting up new goals. I have the habit of setting up my new days with key tasks that must be done and reviewing these tasks at the weekend. So from now, i will create a new habits which are reading books and taking quick meditations in the early morning or evening every day.

I guess compared with a lot of disciplined people, maybe it’s late to set up some new good habits, but again,, but again better late then never right 😉
